This Privacy Policy explains how Prorab ("we", "the company") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information in connection with the Prorab platform — contractor / construction-business software available in the store apps and at https://app.prorab.co.il ("the Service").
This Policy complements our Terms of Service and is subject to applicable Israeli law.

3. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account details: name, email, phone, hashed password (if set), OAuth identifiers (Google / Sign in with Apple).
- Business data: projects, customers, workers, subcontractors, tasks, photos, financial reports, transactions, receipts, and documents you upload.
- In-app communications: messages to the AI agent (text / image / audio), transcripts (via AI vendors), and technical logs.
- Subscription / payment metadata: App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat transaction identifiers, amounts, and billing dates — we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage metrics: OCR counts, agent turns, access logs, device/browser identifiers, and security signals.
- UI language and accessibility preferences.
4. Purposes
We process personal data to:
- Provide the Service, manage accounts, and authenticate users (including SMS / invite codes for workers).
- Process subscriptions via app stores and RevenueCat, and meet accounting obligations.
- Operate the in-app AI agent (transcription, OCR, actions on your behalf).
- Send push notifications (when enabled) and provide human support.
- Secure the Service, prevent fraud, and improve the product.
- Comply with law, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.
5. Processors
We share data with processors under appropriate agreements. Meta WhatsApp Cloud API is not a primary product processor:
- Apple / Google — in-app subscription billing.
- RevenueCat — store subscription mediation and webhooks.
- OpenAI (or similar) — transcription, OCR, and the AI agent.
- SMS providers — phone OTP.
- Cloud infrastructure — hosting and storage.
- Personal WhatsApp (wa.me) may be used for human support only — not as a Meta Business API product channel.
6. Retention
We keep data while the account is active and as needed for the purposes above. After account deletion most data is permanently removed; payment/accounting records may be retained up to 7 years where required.
Self-serve deletion: /legal/data-deletion or Settings → danger zone.
7. Your rights
Subject to law, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing.
